Amend a Booking

We offer Flexible and Non-Flexible products. If you have booked a Non-Flex service, you will not be able to cancel or change any aspect of your booking.

For the standard flexible product, cancellations are allowed upto 24 hours before your scheduled date of travel and you will receive a full refund, minus a £10.00 admin fee (Amex cards will carry an additional fee of £3.50 per transaction). You can email us with any changes to your booking and we will allow one change at no cost, there will be a £5.00 charge for any amendment thereafter.

Additional days are chargeable at our daily rate.

Amendments and cancellations will only be valid if sent via email to contact@mbwparking.co.uk and confirmed as having been received by the team. All costs are payable in full prior to your vehicle being handed to you on your return.
