Amend a Booking

We offer Flexible Parking, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled date of travel and you will receive a full refund, minus a £10.00 cancellation fee.

Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be issued a credit note, minus a £25.00 admin fee. Please note that this is to cover staff and resources that would have been allocated to pre-booked jobs.

Additional days are chargeable at our daily rate.

Amendments and cancellations will only be valid if sent via email to contact@mbwparking.co.uk and confirmed as having been received by the team. All costs are payable in full prior to your vehicle being handed back to you on your return.
