PLEASE READ AND FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

THESE TERMS SUPERSEDE ANY OTHER TERMS AND CAN BE UPDATED AT ANY TIME.

CUSTOMERS WISHING TO WRITE TO US FOR THE PURPOSES OF A COMPLAINT MUST EMAIL CUSTOMERCARE@MBWPARKING.CO.UK

ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARD STAFF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A DAMAGE CLAIM, MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM WITHOUT CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHS BEFORE DEPARTURE. THE IMAGES ARE TO CONFIRM THAT DAMAGE WAS / WAS NOT IN PLACE BEFORE DROP-OFF. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CLEAR IMAGES AT THE DROP-OFF POINT TO SUPPORT ANY CLAIM. THIS APPLIES TO ALL CUSTOMERS HOWEVER THE ORIGINAL BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE, INCLUDING VIA AGENTS AND COMPARISON WEBSITE PARTNERS.

CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGE WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AND THIS WOULD INCLUDE VEHICLES WITH KNOWN FAULTS (FOR EXAMPLE: CERTAIN FIATS AND OTHER CARS HAVE NOTORIOUSLY WEAK DOOR HANDLES THAT ARE KNOWN TO BREAK. CERTAIN MAKES AND MODELS HAVE KEYS THAT OFTEN HAVE ISSUES AND CERTAIN VEHICLES WILL HAVE WATER INGRESS ISSUES.) THESE TYPES OF ISSUES CAN OCCUR AT ANY TIME AND IF THESE ISSUES OCCUR WHILST THE VEHICLE IS IN OUR CARE, MBW WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY REPAIR OR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

WE ENDEAVOUR TO MEET CUSTOMERS AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY. WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE STAFF WAITING FOR CUSTOMERS ON COLLECTION OR RETURN. WE ADVISE THAT ON RARE OCCASIONS WAITING TIMES CAN REACH UP TO 45 MINUTES, THIS CAN BE DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING EVENTS SUCH AS ACCIDENTS AND ROAD CLOSURES). WAITING TIMES CAN INCREASE AT PEAK TIMES (6 AM TO 10 AM AND 3 PM TO 7 PM).

WE WILL DEAL WITH BOOKINGS IN TIME ORDER AS BOOKED AND MBW WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FLIGHT DELAYS, EARLY ARRIVALS OR ANY OTHER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCE THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL THAT IMPACT THE SCHEDULE.

CUSTOMERS MAY BE REQUIRED TO WAIT INSIDE THE SHORT STAY CAR PARK (SSCP) WITH THEIR VEHICLE FOR DROP-OFF, OR INSIDE THE AIRPORT TERMINALS IF ARRIVING FOR COLLECTION FOR A DUTY CONTROLLER TO DESPATCH A DRIVER OR VEHICLE.

IF CUSTOMERS ARRIVE MORE THAN 45 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF BOOKED TIMES WITHOUT AT LEAST 2 HOURS' NOTICE, THE FULL SHORT STAY CAR PARK COSTS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE CUSTOMER TO PAY. ADDITIONAL WORK MAY BE REQUIRED TO DESPATCH STAFF OR CUSTOMER VEHICLES. IN CASES WHERE A WAIT IS INVOLVED, WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THAT CUSTOMERS WAIT INSIDE TERMINALS UNTIL SUCH A TIME AS STAFF UPDATE YOU WITH A TIME TO MEET YOU.

OUR SERVICE IS COMPETITIVELY PRICED BY BEING ABLE TO MANAGE OUR SCHEDULE EFFECTIVELY AND NOT KEEPING CARS ON AIRPORT PREMISES FOR LONGER THAN NECESSARY. IN ADDITION, WE APPRECIATE OUR CUSTOMERS' UNDERSTANDING THAT WE ARE BOUND BY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS SET BY HEATHROW AIRPORT. AS SUCH, WE WILL PAY A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES FOR PARKING IN THE SHORT-STAY CAR PARKS AND WILL DELIVER AND COLLECT CUSTOMER VEHICLES WITHIN REALISTIC TIMESCALES.

IF CUSTOMERS REQUIRE GUARANTEED DELIVERY ON ARRIVAL, WE MUST BE INFORMED AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE BOOKED DATES AND THE SHORT-STAY PARKING COST WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER IN FULL. THERE IS A £25.00 SURCHARGE IN ADDITION TO THIS FOR A GUARANTEED SERVICE. SHORT-STAY PARKING COSTS CAN BE FOUND ON THE HEATHROW AIRPORT WEBSITE AND MBW HOLDS NO CONTROL OVER THE AIRPORT SHORT-STAY CAR PARK CHARGES.

MBW STAFF WILL ONLY MOVE VEHICLES WHEN IT IS SAFE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO DRIVE VEHICLES IF THE VEHICLE OR THE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE DEEMED HAZARDOUS AND A RISK TO SAFETY OR OTHER ROAD USERS.

VEHICLES MAY REMAIN WHERE YOU HAVE PARKED AT THE AIRPORT CAR PARKS FOR UP TO 120 MINUTES AFTER HANDING OVER TO COMPANY STAFF. MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENT INVOLVING YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL SUCH A TIME AS IT HAS BEEN MOVED BY OUR STAFF. YOU HAVE PARKED YOUR VEHICLE IN AN ON-AIRPORT CAR PARK AND THEIR PREVAILING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY. COMPANY INSURANCE WILL NOT BE USED IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE COMPANY WILL ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ISSUES, COSTS OR DELAYS CAUSED UNTIL STAFF HAVE MOVED THE VEHICLE.

ADDITIONAL COSTS MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE VEHICLE BEING DESPATCHED. NON-PAYMENT WILL INCUR A £15.00 ADMIN FEE AND THEN AN ADDITIONAL £25.00 PER WEEK CHARGE. NON-PAYMENT (DEFAULT) ACCOUNTS WILL BE PASSED ONTO A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE VEHICLE BEING HANDED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. STAFF WILL REQUEST PAYMENT BUT ARE REQUIRED TO MANAGE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ON THE DAY, VEHICLES MAY BE HANDED BACK WITHOUT PAYMENT BUT ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE APPLIED.

IF IDENTIFICATION IS REQUESTED AND NOT PRESENTED, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO RETURN THE VEHICLE AND ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY APPLY TO THE ORIGINAL BOOKING.

CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE A SPARE KEY FOR THE VEHICLE WITH THEM AND ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS THE CORRECT LOCKING WHEEL NUT TOOL IN THEIR VEHICLE WHERE APPLICABLE. MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT LEAVE THE KEY OR CORRECT KEY / DEVICE FOR STAFF TO MOVE VEHICLES TO OUR SECURE COMPOUND. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS AND TIME INCURRED BY STAFF IN ATTEMPTING TO MOVE OR START THE CUSTOMER VEHICLE. NO REFUND FOR THE BOOKED SERVICE WILL BE DUE.

THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ADDITIONAL KEYS THAT ARE HANDED TO STAFF. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO REMOVE ALL KEYS, FOBS AND REMOTES THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THE CORRECT FUNCTIONALITY OF THE VEHICLE WHILST IN THE CARE OF THE COMPANY.

IF YOUR VEHICLE IS SECURED VIA A VALET PIN OR AN IMMOBILISER SWITCH PIN CODE (GHOST & GHOST II AS WELL AS OTHERS), THIS MUST BE ADVISED TO THE STAFF AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF. MBW WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING CHARGES INCURRED AT THE SHORT-STAY CAR PARK IF THE VEHICLE CAN NOT BE MOVED. THIS WILL BE PASSED ONTO THE CUSTOMER WITH A £15.00 ADMIN FEE.

YOU MUST GIVE US AT LEAST SIX HOURS’ NOTICE TO MAKE YOUR VEHICLE AVAILABLE FOR YOU IF YOU PLAN TO COLLECT BEFORE THE PARKING END DATE.

ULEZ: CUSTOMERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING, IF NECESSARY, THE ULEZ (ULTRA LOW EMISSION ZONE) CHARGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GOVERNMENT TIMINGS ARE FROM MIDNIGHT TO MIDNIGHT. THERE MAY BE INSTANCES WHERE 2 CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR LEAVING HEATHROW. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CHECK FOLLOWING:

DROP-OFF CHARGE: HEATHROW AIRPORT AND APCOA PARKING DO CHARGE £5.00 TO ACCESS THE DROP-OFF FORECOURT AT ALL TERMINALS. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CHECK FOLLOWING:

EV CHARGING: WE UTILISE 22kW 3 PHASE CHARGERS. WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF 70% AS MANY CARS HAVE LIMITATIONS IN PLACE EITHER BY OWNER OR MANUFACTURER. FOR AVOIDANCE OF ISSUES, WE CANNOT CHANGE SUCH SETTINGS. WE WILL ALWAYS ENDEVOUR TO CHARGE TO 100% BUT MAY BE LIMITED BY CAR SETTINGS.

VALET/WASH SERVICE: CARS WILL NORMALLY BE WASHED WITHIN 12 HOURS OF DISPATCH / BOOKED RETURN TIME. SHOULD A CUSTOMER ARRIVE EARLY OR MAKE A CHANGE TO THEIR ORIGINAL BOOKING, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE IT WASHED DUE TO PRIOR BOOKED WASHES (REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON-WASHES). WE ARE AN OPEN-AIR CAR PARK AND WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CARS THAT ARE WET OR MAY HAVE PICKED UP REGULAR DIRT EN ROUTE TO THE AIRPORT AFTER THE WASH HAS BEEN COMPLETED. MBW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL A WASH IF THE CAR IS EXCESSIVELY DIRTY OR NOT SUITABLE FOR THE WASH TYPE BOOKED.

1. BOOKING AND SERVICE

1.1 ALL COMPANY PROCEDURES AND COMPANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE PERSON THAT IS ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH MBW ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND ALL OTHER PERSONS HAVING ANY PROPRIETARY, POSSESSORY OR OTHER FINANCIAL OR MATERIAL INTEREST IN THE VEHICLE BEING PARKED AND HOWEVER THE ORIGINAL BOOKING HAS BEEN SECURED. THE CONTRACT IS WITH THE CUSTOMER AND THE COMPANY WILL ONLY DISCUSS COMPANY TERMS WITH THE CUSTOMER. MBW IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS, PRIVATE TERMS FOR THE VEHICLE OR ANY DELAYS INCURRED AS A RESULT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND / OR INSTRUCTIONS NOT BEING AGREED WITH OR FOLLOWED.

1.2 EVERY EFFORT IS MADE BY MBW TO ENSURE THAT WE MEET OUR CUSTOMERS FOR COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES AT THE BOOKED TIMES. OCCASIONALLY CUSTOMERS MUST ALLOW FOR UP TO 45 MINUTES OVER BOOKED TIMES. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR THEIR FLIGHT CHECK-IN, TO MEET OUR STAFF AT THE SHORT STAY CAR PARKS, CONDUCT HAND-OVER AND PHOTOGRAPH THEIR VEHICLE. MBW DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DELAYS OR ADDITIONAL COSTS INCURRED THAT ARE CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO; TRAFFIC CONGESTION, EARLY FLIGHT ARRIVALS OR FLIGHT DELAYS / CANCELLATIONS, SECURITY CONTROLS, POOR WEATHER, OR ACTS OF NATURE.* CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED TIMES WITH LESS THAN 2 HOURS NOTICE FOR MEETING OR ARRIVING WHICH EXCEED 30 MINUTES WILL BE CHARGEABLE AT £25.00 AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE SHORT STAY CAR PARKING COSTS. MBW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE COLLECTION OR DELIVERY OF A VEHICLE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

1.3 THE VEHICLE BEING PARKED WITH MBW MUST BE IN ROADWORTHY CONDITION AND MUST COMPLY WITH THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY PENALTIES, FINES AND OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY MBW AS A RESULT OF AN ILLEGAL OR UN-ROADWORTHY VEHICLE AND WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE IF THE VEHICLE IS SEIZED BY POLICE FOR ANY REASON. CHARGES WILL APPLY IF STAFF MEMBERS ARE ENGAGED WITH THE VEHICLE AT A MINIMUM HOURLY RATE OF £25.00 PER HOUR. THE COST WILL INCREASE IF OTHER STAFF MEMBERS HAVE BEEN CALLED IN TO COVER A MEMBER OF STAFF WHO IS EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN THE SECURITY OF THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION. LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF ANY COSTS, PENALTIES OR FINES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT OR DELIVER YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE LOCATION WHERE IT MAY BE STORED AT YOUR OWN COST. MBW STAFF WILL NOT DRIVE ANY VEHICLE THAT IS DEEMED UN-ROADWORTHY. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY IF AN UN-ROADWORTHY VEHICLE IS BROUGHT TO OUR STAFF EVEN IF WE DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE, THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND FULL COSTS WILL APPLY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY THE COMPANY AND ITS STAFF FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, ACTIONS AND CLAIMS ARISING FROM BREACH OF YOUR OBLIGATIONS.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • YOU WILL BE GUILTY OF OFFENCES UNDER ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLE LICENSING LEGISLATION IF YOU PERMIT MBW STAFF TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE ON A ROAD WHEN THE VEHICLE IS NOT IN A ROADWORTHY CONDITION, DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT ‘MOT’ CERTIFICATE (IF REQUIRED BY LAW), OR AT A TIME FOR WHICH ‘ROAD TAX’ HAS NOT BEEN PAID (IF REQUIRED BY LAW).
  • PERMITTING THE VEHICLE TO BE DRIVEN ON A HIGHWAY IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES REFERRED TO ABOVE MAY INVALIDATE YOUR AND MBW’S INSURANCE POLICIES AND COULD CONSTITUTE AN OFFENCE UNDER ROAD TRAFFIC LEGISLATION.

1.3.1 IF A VEHICLE DOES NOT START OR BREAKS DOWN AT ANY TIME THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO ARRANGE THEIR OWN RECOVERY SERVICE. IF THE VEHICLE BREAKS DOWN AND THE COMPANY IS REQUIRED TO ARRANGE RECOVERY, THERE WILL BE A FEE OF £180.00 PLUS VAT PAYABLE TO MBW. CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR ACCESS TO COMPANY PREMISES AND ONLY TO ASSIST THE RECOVERY AGENT, OTHER MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY WILL BE UNABLE TO WAIT ON COMPANY PREMISES AND CUSTOMERS AND / OR BELONGINGS ARE UNINSURED WHILST IN COMPANY VEHICLES OR ON COMPANY PREMISES.*

1.3.2 THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY TYRE WHICH IS DEEMED TO BE ILLEGAL OR THAT IS FLAT AND THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR USING A STANDARD TYRE PUMP. WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AND EVEN IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER THERE WILL BE TYRE REPLACEMENT CHARGES WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE COST OF THE TYRE PLUS A £30.00 SERVICE CHARGE AND WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY A THIRD-PARTY COMPANY. ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL APPLY IF COMPANY STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE WHEEL / TYRE* ATTENDANCE OF A BREAKDOWN SERVICE TO THE CAR PARK PREMISES IS CHARGEABLE AT £20.00 PER VISIT, IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND IS PAYABLE BEFORE YOUR EXIT. NON-PAYMENT WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL £15.00 ADMIN FEE AND A £25.00 PER WEEK SURCHARGE. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, THE ACCOUNT WILL BE PASSED ONTO A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY.

1.4 TERMINAL 4 WILL INCUR A £30.00 CHARGE WHICH IS INCLUDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THIS IS IN PLACE TO ACCOMMODATE THE EXTRA TIME REQUIRED TO COLLECT AND DELIVER VEHICLES DUE TO ITS LOCATION AND SURROUNDING TRAFFIC AREAS.

1.5 IN EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES, MBW MAY TRANSPORT COMPANY OPERATIVES AS PASSENGERS IN CUSTOMER’S VEHICLES ON OCCASION WHERE IT IS CONSIDERED EFFICIENT TO DO SO. THIS WILL BE DONE ONLY IN INSTANCES WHERE MULTIPLE OPERATIVES REQUIRE TRANSPORT TO THE SAME DESTINATION AS THE VEHICLE, OR DESTINATIONS ON ROUTE NOT AFFECTING THE ROUTE TAKEN OR OVERALL MILEAGE COVERED WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MBW’S POSSESSION. ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THIS, ONLY WITH NOTICE GIVEN BY EMAIL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SPECIFIED DROP-OFF TIME.

1.6 MBW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND IF THE CUSTOMER IS DEEMED TO BE UNREASONABLE BY MBW STAFF. MBW WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY VERBAL OR PHYSICAL ABUSE TOWARDS ANY OF ITS STAFF UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND WILL TAKE THE RELEVANT ACTIONS SHOULD ANY SUCH BEHAVIOUR BE ENCOUNTERED. MBW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DENY ANY CUSTOMER DEMANDS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE BOOKED SERVICES.

1.7 REQUESTS FOR THE CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES BY EMAIL TO CONTACT@MBWPARKING.CO.UK AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF COMPANY STAFF ARE UNABLE TO CHARGE CUSTOMER VEHICLES FOR ANY REASON. EV CHARGE COSTS £20.00 AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES OR PROBLEMS WHICH MAY OCCUR WHILST OR AFTER CHARGING THE VEHICLE. IF YOU HAVE ENQUIRIES ABOUT HOW THE COMPANY WILL CHARGE VEHICLES AND / OR YOUR VEHICLE HAS A CERTAIN REQUIREMENT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WITH THE COMPANY AND TO CONFIRM BEFORE BOOKING AND ALSO TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT CHARGING CABLE. WE WILL REFUND, THE E CHARGE AMOUNT OF £20.00 WHERE PAID IN ADVANCE TO MBW, IN CASE WE ARE UNABLE TO CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE FOR ANY REASON.

1.8 REQUESTS FOR STAFF TO MEET OUTSIDE OF THE DESIGNATED AREAS AND BOOKED TIMES MAY INCUR DELAYS AND WILL INCUR A MINIMUM £15.00 CHARGE PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THAT ARE RELEVANT TO THE REQUEST.

1.9 MEETING CUSTOMERS AT THE OVER-HEIGHT AREAS OF ANY TERMINAL WILL INCUR A FEE OF £50.00 FOR A MAXIMUM OF ONE HOUR ON BOTH DROP-OFF AND RETURN. TRAILERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. OVER-HEIGHT ACCESS COSTS WILL APPLY EVEN IN THE EVENT WHERE A STAFF MEMBER HAS NEGLECTED TO MENTION CHARGES UPON BOOKING, OR IF THE ONLINE BOOKING HAS NOT ADDED A CHARGE, OR IF BOOKING FROM A THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER AND CHARGES WERE NOT REQUESTED BEFORE BOOKING. MEETING IN OVER-HEIGHT AREAS CAN BE SUBJECT TO SHORT DELAYS AND VEHICLES WHICH REQUIRE A CERTAIN CLASS OF LICENSE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR SUCH A TIME FOR THE DRIVER TO BECOME AVAILABLE.

2. PAYMENT, LIENS AND DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED VEHICLES

2.1 MEETING DRIVERS FOR COLLECTION OR RETURN BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 04.00 AM CARRIES A MINIMUM £25.00 FEE PLUS ADDITIONAL DAY CHARGES AND IS SUBJECT TO STAFF AVAILABILITY. HOURLY CHARGES WILL APPLY WHERE NECESSARY AND CUSTOMERS MAY BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE FROM COMPANY PREMISES. TRANSPORTATION COSTS WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

2.1.1 ADDITIONAL DAYS OF PARKING AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AT THE CURRENT RATES AND WITHIN REQUIRED TIMES. ALL QUOTES AND PRICES WILL BE IN POUNDS STERLING AND INCLUDE VAT AT THE PREVAILING RATE. THE PRICE PAYABLE IS THE PRICE THAT IS CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, OR AS AGREED IN WRITING BY MBW REGARDLESS OF WHAT PRICES MAY BE QUOTED ELSEWHERE OR IN ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS.

2.1.2 UNPAID SERVICES ON THE DAY OF RETURN WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL £15.00 ADMIN FEE PLUS A WEEKLY SURCHARGE OF £25.00 AND WILL BE PASSED ONTO A DEBT RECOVERY AGENT, DISCOUNTS APPLIED WILL BE REMOVED AND THE CHARGE WILL REVERT TO THE STANDARD RATE AND WILL INCLUDE HEATHROW SHORT-STAY CAR PARKING CHARGES. ANY BANK REFUNDS APPLIED WITHOUT CONSENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PENALTY CHARGES RELATING TO BANK TRANSACTIONS (SUCH AS OVERDRAFT USAGE CHARGE OR SIMILAR) THAT MAY ARISE FROM OUTSTANDING PAYMENT COLLECTIONS.

2.1.3 EVERY VEHICLE IN THE CAR PARK OR BEING SERVICED BY THE COMPANY IS SUBJECT TO A LIEN FOR ALL CHARGES DUE OR ACCRUING FROM THE CUSTOMER TO MBW AND THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO RELEASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THE CAR PARK UNTIL THOSE CHARGES HAVE BEEN PAID.

2.2 BY LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE IN THE CARE OF MBW YOU CONSENT TO THE CAPTURING, USAGE AND PROCESSING OF YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION MARK AND PERSONAL DETAILS VIA CCTV AND ANPR FOR ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES, TO CALCULATE THE RELEVANT PARKING CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE) AND TO RECOVER ANY OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS. THIS INCLUDES OUR RIGHT TO REQUEST AND OBTAIN THE DETAILS OF A VEHICLE’S REGISTERED KEEPER FROM THE DVLA. CCTV FOOTAGE WILL ONLY BE PASSED ON IF IT DOES NOT INFRINGE ON STAFF PRIVACY UNDER THE DATA PROTECTION ACT.

2.3 MBW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL ANY VEHICLE WHICH IT REASONABLY BELIEVES TO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED.

2.3.1 BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED VEHICLES, MBW WILL:

  • MAKE REASONABLE ENQUIRIES TO IDENTIFY AND CONTACT THE REGISTERED KEEPER OF THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION.
  • GIVE 28 DAYS’ NOTICE OF ITS INTENTION TO DO SO TO THE REGISTERED KEEPER BY POST ADDRESSED TO THE REGISTERED KEEPER’S LAST KNOWN ADDRESS.

2.3.2 NOTICE OF INTENTION AFORESAID SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN PROPERLY AND SUFFICIENTLY GIVEN BY THE SENDING OF WRITTEN NOTICE BY PREPAID POST, ADDRESSED TO THE REGISTERED OWNER AT HIS KNOWN ADDRESS, WHETHER OR NOT THE SAME IS RECEIVED.

2.3.3 ABANDONED VEHICLES WILL BE SOLD BY AUCTION WHENEVER PRACTICABLE AND THE PROCEEDS OF SALE WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS SATISFACTION OF ALL SUMS OWING TO MBW BY THE CUSTOMER TOGETHER WITH THE EXPENSE OF SALE. IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH SALE, MBW SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CHARGE REASONABLE STORAGE CHARGES IN RESPECT OF THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE VEHICLE IS IN THE POSSESSION OF MBW AND ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY.

2.3.4 ANY BALANCE OF THE SALE PROCEEDS REMAINING AFTER SATISFACTION OF ALL SUMS DUE TO MBW SHALL BE HELD BY MBW ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED KEEPER OF THE VEHICLE AND PAID OVER ON PROOF OF ENTITLEMENT TO THE VEHICLE.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

3.1 CANCELLATIONS AND / OR AMENDMENTS ARE PERMITTED UP TO 24 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. IF CHANGES ARE REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE BOOKING DATE, AN ADMIN FEE OF £15.00. EXTRA DAYS ARE CHARGED AT £15.00 AND IN PEAK PERIODS £25.00. ALL CHANGES AND / OR AMENDMENTS MUST BE MADE WITH OUR ADMIN VIA EMAIL AT CONTACT@MBWPARKING.CO.UK OR 0208 893 2294 THIS MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED TO YOU IN WRITING AS HAVING BEEN RECEIVED AND CONFIRMED BY MBW AND YOU AGREE TO PAY ANY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE CHANGE. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO CALL THE ADMIN OFFICE ON 020 8893 2294 FOR CARD PAYMENTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE OPENING HOURS ARE 09:00 TO 17:00 (GMT) AMENDMENTS MAY CAUSE SERVICE DELAYS.

3.2 ANY CUSTOMER WISHING TO CURTAIL THE LENGTH OF STAY WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE FEE FOR THE WHOLE OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED FOR EARLY CURTAILMENT. EARLY RETURNS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL £15.00 FEE IF THEY ARRIVE WITHIN 24 HOURS.

3.3 ON REQUEST BY EMAIL, THE COMPANY IS HAPPY TO PROVIDE A LETTER OR A RECEIPT CONFIRMING CHARGES TO ASSIST WITH CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION FROM AIRLINES OR ANY OTHER PARTY THAT MAY HAVE AFFECTED THE CAR PARKING BOOKING WITH MBW.

4. EXCLUSIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH COMPANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON BOOKING, REGARDLESS OF HOW THE BOOKING WAS ORIGINALLY MADE. THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY WHERE A CUSTOMER HAS NOT TAKEN TIME TO FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH COMPANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

LIABILITY IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE:

  • DAMAGE CLAIMS WITHOUT PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND ISSUES REPORTED AFTER LEAVING THE COLLECTION AREA.
  • DAMAGE OR ANY CLAIM FOR VEHICLES WHICH ARE UNROADWORTHY, OR DO NOT HAVE A VALID MOT CERTIFICATE OR ROAD TAX OVER THE BOOKED PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
  • IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM IF FURTHER INFORMATION AND / OR PROOF IS REQUESTED AND NOT PROVIDED, CLAIMS WILL BE DENIED.
  • LOOSE OR PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES.
  • VEHICLE INTERIORS, LOOSE ITEMS AND ANY CONTENTS, INCLUDING KEYS AND FOBS.
  • VEHICLES WITH COMMON, OR KNOWN FAULTS THAT COULD OCCUR AT ANY TIME.
  • ALLOY WHEELS, HUBCAPS, TYRES, ANY GLASS, WINDSCREENS, STONE CHIPS, SMALL MARKS, SMALL DENTS, SCRATCHES, SCUFFS, ACTS OF NATURE.
  • FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED WHILST LUGGAGE IS BEING MOVED.
  • ADD-ON SERVICES WHICH MAY BE CARRIED OUT BY A THIRD PARTY.
  • SHORT-STAY PARKING COSTS IF SCHEDULED / BOOKED TIMES ARE CHANGED.
  • LOW EMISSION ZONE AND ULTRA-LOW EMISSION ZONE CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE).
  • CONGESTION CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE).
  • HEATHROW / APCOA DROP OFF TERMINAL CHARGE.
  • LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES ARISING FROM MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL FAILURE, SELF-LOCKING, WATER INGRESS, FUEL REFUELLING OR ELECTRIC CHARGING ISSUES, POLLUTION, TERRORISM, NATURAL DISASTERS, DAMAGE BY VANDALS, CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND OTHER MATTERS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
  • FOR COSTS, DELAYS OR ISSUES DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.*
  • LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS COVERED BY YOUR OWN INSURANCE.

4.1 VEHICLE CHECKS AT COLLECTION ARE CURSORY ONLY AND ARE NOT SUFFICIENT TO SUPPORT A DAMAGE CLAIM. PHOTOGRAPHS FROM THE DROP-OFF POINT (BEFORE DEPARTURE) AND COLLECTION AREA (POST-ARRIVAL) MUST BE PROVIDED IN ANY CORRESPONDENCE TO SUPPORT ANY CLAIM. MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE WHERE YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE FROM THE DROP-OFF AREA (IMAGES MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE DEPARTURE). MARKS AND DENTS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE. REFER TO POINT 4.2.2 MBW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RE-CHECK AND TO ADD TO THE CURSORY CHECK SHEET IF ANY MARKS MAY HAVE BEEN MISSED BY THE DRIVER COLLECTING YOUR VEHICLE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR DAMAGE WITH STAFF, TO CONFIRM MILEAGE AND TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE VEHICLE AND THE PAPERWORK AT THE TIME WHEN STAFF MEMBERS ARE COLLECTING YOUR VEHICLE TO SUPPORT ANY DAMAGE OR MILEAGE QUERY. PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE DATED, TIME-STAMPED AND WITH ACTUAL UNTAMPERED METADATA. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MBW STAFF TO RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONDUCT YOUR OWN CHECK OR TO RECOMMEND THAT PHOTOGRAPHS ARE TAKEN. PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE OF SUFFICIENT QUALITY TO SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM.*

4.1.1 IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE IN FULL, UPON YOUR RETURN. DAMAGE, LOSS OR ANY OTHER ISSUES REPORTED AFTER MBW HAS LEFT THE DELIVERY AREA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

4.2 IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM STAFF OF ANY FUNCTION ON YOUR VEHICLE THAT IS NOT WORKING OR SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHED OR ADJUSTED. MBW STAFF WILL MOVE SEATS AND MIRRORS TO ENABLE THEM TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE SAFELY AND MAY NEED TO OPERATE WIPERS AND WINDOWS. IF STAFF MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE CAUTIOUS WITH ANY ASPECT OF YOUR VEHICLE, YOU MUST INFORM THEM BEFORE STARTING YOUR VEHICLE AND YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF ANY SUCH INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RELEVANT SECTION OF THE VEHICLE REPORT SHEET AND INITIAL TO CONFIRM. VEHICLE INTERIORS, CONTROLS, MECHANICAL AND / OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE (SEE POINT 4.5.1).

4.2.1 OUR LEGAL LIABILITIES ARE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE. INSURANCES WILL ONLY BE WHERE THE SAME IS PROVED AND TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS PROVED TO BE CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL ACT, DEFAULT OR BREACH OF OUR STATUTORY DUTY. NON-FAULT CLAIMS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE CUSTOMER'S OWN INSURER. INSURANCE WILL BE USED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY AND ONLY AFTER A FULL INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT AND LIABILITY AGREED BY MBW.

4.2.2 CERTAIN DAMAGE MAY NOT BE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN AT LEAST 2 QUOTATIONS FOR SAKE OF PARITY AND TO COMPARE PRICES. MBW MAY OPT TO PAY FOR SAID CHARGES PRIVATELY. COURTESY VEHICLES WILL NEVER BE SUPPLIED OR PAID FOR BY MBW.

4.2.3 CERTAIN REPAIRS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY A REPAIRER CHOSEN BY MBW ONLY. MBW WILL NOT DISCUSS VEHICLE REPAIRS WITH ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES AND LEASE / COMPANY VEHICLES / VEHICLES THAT ARE STILL UNDER WARRANTY NOR WILL ANY VEHICLE QUOTATION FROM DEALERSHIPS OR SPECIALIST REPAIRERS BE ACCEPTED, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE VEHICLE FORGOING ITS WARRANTY OR REPAIR TERMS.  

4.2.4 ALL INCIDENTS MUST BE REPORTED TO MBW IN WRITING IMMEDIATELY WITH SUPPORTING PHOTOGRAPHS AND NO REPAIR IS TO BE CARRIED OUT WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION AND CONSENT FROM MBW. COSTS FOR VEHICLES REPAIRED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR CONSENT HOWEVER CAUSED, WILL NOT BE PAID UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

4.2.5 IN THE EVENT OF INSURANCE BEING USED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER THE INSURANCE EXCESS FEE OF £1000.00 UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN WRITING BY MBW MANAGEMENT. IF DAMAGE HAS BEEN CLAIMED FOR, BUT IS UNABLE TO BE PROVEN, THE COMPANY WILL CHARGE AN HOURLY ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR ANY INVESTIGATIVE WORKS, EMAILS AND CALLS THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT AT A MINIMUM RATE OF £45.00 PER HOUR.

4.2.6 MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, SCUFFS, CHIPS AND CRACKS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF VEHICLE DETERIORATION* THAT MAY NOT BE VISIBLE DUE TO POOR LIGHTING OR IF THE VEHICLE IS DIRTY OR DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER OR ANY OTHER REASON THAT MAY MAKE DAMAGE DIFFICULT TO SEE. MBW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PRIOR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER THAT MAY BECOME VISIBLE AND / OR OLD DAMAGE THAT MAY WORSEN UPON THE VEHICLE BEING CLEANED AT YOUR REQUEST THIS INCLUDES REPAIRS THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT PREVIOUSLY. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO INFORM STAFF OF ANY PRIOR DAMAGE, STONE CHIPS, SMALL SCUFF, SCRATCH MARKS, SMALL DENTS, PIN DENTS, ALLOY / TYRE DAMAGE, MIRRORS OR ANY GLASS, INCLUDING WINDSCREEN DAMAGE* WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UNLESS THE SAME IS PROVED TO BE CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE. SEE 4.1.

4.2.7 MBW STAFF WILL ASSIST WITH LUGGAGE WHERE POSSIBLE, IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIST OR TO ENSURE THAT NO DAMAGE OCCURS TO YOUR VEHICLE WHEN LUGGAGE IS BEING REMOVED OR PLACED IN THE VEHICLE. MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED WHILST LUGGAGE IS BEING PLACED IN OR REMOVED FROM VEHICLES.

4.3 YOU AGREE TO SEND MBW ANY PHOTOS, ENGINEER, DIAGNOSTIC OR OTHER RELEVANT REPORTS AND KEEP ANY RELEVANT REPLACED PARTS OR IMAGES OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION WHERE REQUIRED, AS PART OF ANY QUERY.

4.4 MBW WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PART OF YOUR VEHICLE INTERIOR OR LOOSE ITEMS WITHIN THE VEHICLE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO; CASH, SAT NAVS, SUNGLASSES, FLOOR MATS, HUBCAPS, SPARE WHEELS, FIRST AID KITS, CHILD SEATS AND OTHER ITEMS THAT MBW DEEMS TO BE A LOOSE ITEM.*

4.4.1 MBW ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR SAFE AND SECURE FITMENT OF CHILD SEATS. STAFF WILL NOT DISTURB, TOUCH OR MOVE ANY CHILD SEATS FITTED TO THE VEHICLE HOWEVER IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE THAT ALL CHILD SEATS ARE SAFE AND SECURE WHEN YOUR VEHICLE IS RETURNED TO YOU.

4.4.2 IF ANY CHILD SEATS HAVE TO BE REMOVED FOR VALETING PURPOSES YOU ACCEPT THAT THE SEAT WILL BE PLACED LOOSE IN THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT OF THE VEHICLE AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REFIT CORRECTLY AND SAFELY. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN COMPANY VEHICLES AT ANY TIME.

4.5 MBW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MECHANICAL, STRUCTURAL OR ELECTRICAL FAILURE OF ANY NATURE, HOWSOEVER CAUSED AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE YOUR OWN RECOVERY SERVICE IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREAKDOWN (ACCESS CHARGES WILL APPLY SEE POINT 1.3.1). IF MBW ARE REQUIRED TO ARRANGE RECOVERY, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY BREAKDOWN INCLUDING THE COMPANY SERVICE CHARGE OF £30.00 PLUS VAT AND RECOVERY CHARGE OF £180.00 PLUS VAT.

4.5.1 THE COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES ARISING FROM ACTS OF NATURE NOR WILL THE COMPANY ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINOR SCRATCHES DENTS OR CHIPS TO PAINTWORK OR ANY VISUAL DAMAGE THAT CAN NOT BE SEEN AND NOTED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OR WHERE THE EXTERIOR IS IN A DIRTY STATE. THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO WINDSCREENS OR OTHER GLASS OTHER THAN WHERE THE SAME IS PROVED AND TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS PROVED TO BE CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR IN OUR CARE.

4.5.2 KEY DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. DO NOT LEAVE ANY OTHER KEY OR ALARM FOB WITH STAFF UNLESS IT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE VEHICLE BEING LEFT WITH MBW.

4.5.3 IF ANY ITEMS OR SUBSTANCES THAT ARE DEEMED TO BE SUSPICIOUS OR UNLAWFUL ARE FOUND IN THE VEHICLE THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND MBW WILL ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE ITEMS.

4.5.4 LOW EMISSION ZONE AND ULTRA LOW EMISSION ZONE BOUNDARIES AFFECT AREAS WITHIN AND SURROUNDING THE AIRPORT PERIMETER. MBW ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PENALTY CHARGES INCURRED THROUGH VIOLATION OF LEZ AND ULEZ BOUNDARIES WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN POSSESSION OF MBW.

4.6 IF THE VEHICLE DOES NOT START FOR ANY REASON, YOU AGREE THAT MBW WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEMPT TO START THE VEHICLE USING AN ANTI-SURGE JUMP STARTING PACK. IF THE VEHICLE FAILS TO START OR DOES NOT MOVE FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE YOUR OWN RECOVERY SERVICE TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE (ACCESS COSTS APPLY (SEE POINT 1.3.1). MBW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES, DELAYS OR ADDITIONAL COSTS ARISING AS A RESULT OF A JUMP START. IF A VEHICLE IS MOVED OR IF YOUR VEHICLE IS UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED TO YOU WHEN YOU RETURN AS A RESULT OF A BREAKDOWN. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE COMPANY CAUSED BY VEHICLE FAILURE TO START OR MOVE AT A COST OF £15.00 PLUS VAT PER HOUR. THE COMPANY WILL CHARGE A FEE IF YOU REQUIRE TRANSPORTATION IN ANY EVENT. PASSENGERS AND THEIR ITEMS ARE UNINSURED WHILST IN COMPANY VEHICLES AND WHILST ON COMPANY PREMISES.

4.6.1 SHOULD YOUR VEHICLE NOT START OR MOVE FOR ANY REASON THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MOVE VEHICLES WITHIN THE STORAGE FACILITY USING WHATEVER METHOD WE CONSIDER APPROPRIATE. EVEN IF AS A CONSEQUENCE, DAMAGE IS CAUSED TO YOUR VEHICLE TO THE EXTENT THAT IS REASONABLY NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE SAFETY OF PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR TO AVOID OBSTRUCTION AT THE STORAGE FACILITY.

4.7 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE A SPARE KEY FOR YOUR VEHICLE WITH YOU AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS A WHEEL LOCKING NUT IN YOUR VEHICLE WHERE APPLICABLE. DO NOT HAND ANY OTHER KEY OR FOB / REMOTE TO THE DRIVER – LOSS OR DAMAGE TO KEYS WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

4.8 THE COMPANY WILL NOT PERMIT ANYONE OTHER THAN MBW OPERATIVES TO BE ON OUR SECURE FACILITIES WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ACCESS TO THEIR VEHICLE DURING THE TIME THE VEHICLE IS STORED WITH THE COMPANY. IF ITEMS ARE FORGOTTEN OR LEFT BEHIND IN CUSTOMER VEHICLES POST DROP OFF AND COMPANY STAFF ARE REQUESTED TO RETURN TO THE AIRPORT TO DELIVER SAID ITEMS, CHARGES WILL APPLY AND ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED TO NOT AFFECT OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED IN TIME OR IF CUSTOMER FLIGHTS ARE AFFECTED AS A RESULT OF ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.

4.9 ANY WINDSCREEN DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE REFERRED TO MBW VIA CUSTOMERCARE@MBWPARKING.CO.UK IF ACCEPTED MBW, WILL ONLY PAY TOWARDS THE EXCESS (MAXIMUM £150.00) OF YOUR OWN OR THE MBW POLICY.

5. VARIATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THESE TERMS CANNOT BE VARIED EXCEPT IN WRITING BY MBW MANAGEMENT. THESE TERMS WILL SUPERSEDE ANY OTHER TERMS QUOTED FOR PARKING SERVICES CARRIED OUT BY MBW AND FOR VEHICLES PARKED ON OUR PREMISES INCLUDING ALLEGED VERBAL AGREEMENTS AND TERMS QUOTED ON COMPARISON SITES OR THAT OF BOOKING AGENTS. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH MBW TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDLESS OF HOW THE ORIGINAL BOOKING WAS MADE.

6. GENERAL

EACH OF THESE TERMS OPERATES SEPARATELY. IF ANY COURT OR RELEVANT AUTHORITY DECIDES THAT ANY OF THEM ARE UNLAWFUL, THE REMAINING PARAGRAPHS REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE POLICE. ALL PAPERWORK IS THE PROPERTY OF MBW UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AND MUST NOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF MANAGEMENT.

Please note that from 29/08/2023 all London Heathrow Terminals fall under the expanded ‘Ultra Low Emission Zone’ (ULEZ).
